The Laundry Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring that all laundry services are efficiently and effectively managed. Key tasks include supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining quality control. The Laundry Manager will also handle budgeting and maintain high levels of customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Supervisory Skills, Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Experience in Laundry Services and handling various laundry equipment and processes Budgeting skills to manage and optimize department expenses Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client and customer satisfaction Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
