Job Description: Brand Manager – Dry Drnks Position: Brand Manager Location: 228, 7th Main Rd, Rajivgandhi Nagar, Railway Men’s Colony, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Nandini Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560096 Employment Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Head of Marketing About Dry Drnks Dry Drnks is a conscious alternative to traditional drinking – 0.0% non-alcoholic, with no added sugar, no preservatives, and a health-first approach. We are on a mission to redefine social drinking with a premium, guilt-free experience. Role Overview As a Brand Manager at Dry Drnks, you will own the brand and position to the right audience and ensure a smooth on-trade conversion. You will lead brand-building initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams to acquire an on- trade customer. Key Responsibilities Organize and execute brand activation’s, influence campaigns, and events. Organize and execute on- trade events in HORECA segment to activate brand recognition. Train on- trade partner employees on 0.0 % ABV category. Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to leadership. Help on- trade partners in curating the menu using dry drnks 0.0 % ABV category. Requirements Any degree in hotel management 3–5 years of experience in F&B sector is the advantage. Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset with analytical capabilities.
