Administer user security in both Acquia, our Content Management System (CMS), and Bynder, our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Support users with questions and updates, both major and minor, to several microsites, including learning and operations. Convert sites developed in other technologies, such as WordPress, into Drupal and stand-up microsites in the Acquia Content Management System (CMS) with them. Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure that quality is “designed in” at every step, and that the testing approach aligns and evolves with the solution architecture & implementation, using an agile mindset. Participate in collaborative team planning, estimating, and story grooming; countering/proposing solutions, identifying and vocalizing risks, and suggesting design and design approaches. Assist with Release coordination, validation, and support when needed. Enable continued improvement in key areas. Bring “best in class” to Papa Johns – apply enterprise and industry best practices to new business or technology requirements, and advocate for changes in requirements as needed .
