Description
The role involves leading the Drupal and UI team, gathering requirements, managing JIRA/Tracker updates, GIT management, and delivering high-quality solutions using Drupal, PHP, HTML, and CSS Key Responsibilities: o Technical Leadership & Development: Lead and manage the Drupal and UI development team, develop and maintain Drupal-based solutions, ensure smooth integration of Drupal with UI components, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and adhere to coding standards and security guidelines o Project & Quality Management: Gather and analyze requirements, manage JIRA/Tracker updates, oversee version control and GIT management, ensure zero UAT bugs, and monitor project timelines o Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend developers, provide technical guidance to junior developers, and communicate with stakeholders Requirements: o Technical Skills: Expertise in Drupal (Drupal 8/9/10) development, theming, and module customization, strong experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development
