You will be working at Vigyan Ashram, an Innovation Center focusing on Appropriate technologies situated in Pabal Dist.Pune. We are currently seeking a Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics engineer to join our Fab Lab team. Your primary responsibility will be to create prototypes and hands-on projects within the Fab Lab environment. These projects will cover areas such as robotics, Artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies. Additionally, you will be expected to provide guidance to students working in the Fab Lab. The projects will revolve around developing solutions for challenges related to agriculture, waste management, renewable energy, and drudgery reduction. The ideal candidate should hold a BE / ME degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Robotics, or related fields. However, individuals with relevant skills from other disciplines are also encouraged to apply. We prefer candidates with 2-3 years of experience, although freshers can apply for junior positions. The salary offered will be in the range of 30K to 60K, depending on the hands-on experience with relevant projects. We are looking for individuals who are socially committed and uphold strong moral values. The selected candidate should be enthusiastic about using their technical skills to make a positive impact on society.
