The Structural Simulation Engineer will be responsible for conducting advanced structural simulations to ensure the integrity and performance of complex structures. You will analyze and predict the behavior of complex structures under various loading conditions, develop and validate finite element models, and perform detailed analysis of simulation results to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for design improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the structural integrity and performance of products. Additionally, you will prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders while staying updated with the latest advancements in structural simulation techniques and tools. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in structural simulation and analysis. Proficiency in ANSYS LS-DYNA for structural simulations, a strong understanding of finite element analysis (FEA) principles, and experience with material modeling, impact analysis, seismic, drop, vibration, and crash simulations are required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and teamwork skills are essential. The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is also crucial. Preferred qualifications include experience in the automotive, aerospace, or energy storage systems, knowledge of other simulation tools such as Abaqus, HyperMesh, or similar, and familiarity with programming languages like Python or MATLAB for automation and scripting. This is a full-time position requiring the successful candidate to stay updated with the latest advancements in structural simulation techniques, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and conduct advanced structural simulations to ensure the integrity and performance of complex structures.,
