Job Title: Java Developer AWS | Drools 8.0 | Spring | MongoDB Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Drools 8.0 , AWS cloud services , Spring Framework , and MongoDB . The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of rule-based engines and microservices architecture, along with experience in building scalable, cloud-native applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot . Implement and maintain business rules using Drools 8.0 . Integrate Drools with Spring and other components for seamless decision automation. Develop and manage data operations using MongoDB . Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, etc.). Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices for testing, CI/CD, and version control. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams for end-to-end solution delivery. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance. Required Skills: Java 8+ and object-oriented programming expertise. Strong experience with Drools 8.0 authoring, deploying, and managing rules. Proficiency in Spring Boot , Spring Cloud , and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with MongoDB including schema design and performance tuning. Solid knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, IAM, etc.). Experience in using Git , Maven/Gradle , and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.). Understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker), and distributed systems. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with terraform and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation). Knowledge of unit and integration testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito). Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Developer or Solutions Architect) is a plus.
