Drone Repair Technician Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Diagnose and repair FPV, UAV and DJI drones including motor, ESC, and camera module replacements 2. Perform PCB troubleshooting and repairing for drone circuits 3. Handle precision soldering on micro components 4. Use SMD Machines for surface mount component handling and rework 5. Perform IC reballing as needed for damaged or malfunctioning components 6. Maintain repair logs and technical documentation 7. Work closely with the testing team to ensure quality and performance 8. Assist in inventory management of spare parts and components Must-Have Skills: 1. PCB repair & troubleshooting 2. Soldering (including micro-soldering) 3.Use of SMD machines 4.IC reballing techniques 5.Familiarity with FPV and DJI drone architecture 6. Familiarity with Betaflight, INAV, and DJI Assistant software is a plus 4.
