Ideally, you will be located in Pune, possessing a genuine passion for drones and the ability to educate and motivate others. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining drones for drone soccer matches, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting classes for children, delivering drone demonstrations at corporate events, collaborating with various teams to enhance drone technology, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your qualifications for this role include 1-2 years of experience in drone engineering or a related field, proficiency in drone design, building, and maintenance, exceptional communication skills, the readiness to travel up to 30% of the time, the capability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative, and previous experience in teaching or workshop facilitation. An entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and improvement, as well as proficiency in relevant drone engineering software and tools, are highly desirable.
