We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller who will proactively make calls to clients on IndiaMART and Justdial to acquire new clients for our company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling or client acquisition and will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients on IndiaMART and Justdial, understanding their needs, and successfully converting them into customers for our business. Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential and existing customers. Conduct cold calling to generate leads and increase sales. Share product information, pricing, and rates clearly with customers. Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach on calls. Record customer queries, follow up promptly, and ensure proper closure. Coordinate with the sales/management team for quotations and special requests. Keep daily logs of calls, leads, and conversions. Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Confidence in handling calls and explaining products/rates. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp/Email for sharing quotations. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred (not mandatory). Positive attitude, ability to handle rejections, and willingness to learn.
