Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic fresher-level DRO Milling Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating DRO-equipped milling machines for precision machining tasks under the guidance of senior technicians. Candidates should have a strong mechanical foundation and willingness to learn hands-on machining processes. Key Responsibilities Operate and assist in setting up DRO milling machines as per instructions Interpret basic engineering drawings and follow machining specifications Perform routine measurements and quality checks using standard tools Maintain machines, tools, and work area in good condition Support senior machinists in daily production tasks Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures Educational Qualification Diploma in Mechanical Engineering ITI – Mechanical / Fitter BE/BTech in Mechanical (welcome for entry-level hands-on roles) Skills & Knowledge Required Basic understanding of milling operations Knowledge of GD&T fundamentals Familiarity with measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, gauge blocks, etc.) Strong mechanical aptitude and learning mindset Ability to follow instructions and work in a team Willingness to work in a shop-floor environment Experience Freshers only
