Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Field Sales Representative to be the face of Hans Steels to our customers. This role is highly field-intensive and involves a blend of sales generation, customer service, and operational support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring material quality, and assisting with various logistical and administrative tasks to ensure seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Actively identify and pursue new sales leads within the Faridabad region and surrounding industrial areas. Conduct cold calls and visits to potential clients (e.g., fabrication units, construction companies, small manufacturers) to understand their steel requirements. Present Hans Steels' products and services effectively, highlighting our quality and competitive advantages. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets. Field Work & Customer Relationship Management: Regularly visit existing clients to maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Travel extensively within the designated territory to meet clients and prospects. Material Quality Assurance: On occasion, assist in preliminary visual checks of material quality at the factory or client site to ensure it meets customer specifications before dispatch or upon delivery. Report any quality discrepancies immediately to the factory manager. Payment Collection & Cheque Delivery: Collect payments from clients as per agreed terms, including picking up cheques from customer locations. Ensure timely delivery of collected cheques to the Hans Steels office. Billing & Order Fulfillment Assistance: Assist in preparing sales orders and coordinating with the factory team for order processing. Support the billing process by verifying order details and customer information. Follow up on order status and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers. Help resolve any delivery-related issues. Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer needs, and report findings to management. Qualifications & Skills: Education: 10th Pass or 12th Pass minimum. Graduates preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or a customer-facing role. Freshers with a strong drive and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Local Knowledge: Must have good knowledge of Faridabad and surrounding industrial areas. Communication: Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English (ability to read and understand). Persistence & Proactiveness: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and consistently pursue sales targets. The Cigna International Health unit uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) services and custom, proprietary solutions implemented in AWS, to pre-process paper health care claims from around the world. The volume is expected to reach significantly higher per day, as expansion of the initiative is one of the top priorities for International Health. To do so, the engineer is expected to build and support solutions that pre-process the paper image claims to extract data, build pipelines using serverless solutions and invoke AI/ML processes to populate claim data from the submitted claims. The engineer will also be working on building metrics, monitoring and operational dashboards. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Python, Boto3, and test-driven development techniques such as unit testing and gameday testing. Hands-on experience in writing unit tests with Python.
