BACKGROUND
The Hans Foundation (THF), established in 2009, is a Public Charitable Trust that works towards creating an equitable society to enhance quality of life for all through the empowerment of marginalized and underprivileged communities in India. The Hans Foundation works for the Health and Wellbeing of remote and under-served groups, with an additional focus on children, persons with disabilities and women. THF also works for holistic Education and Livelihood development of our communities. Our Two-Fold Strategy involves identifying and working within Aspirational Districts and high poverty index in the North, North-East and East regions within specific states, as well as catering to lower-income and migratory populations in cities, through urban programs.
Over its 15 years of existence, THF has reached more than 35 million beneficiaries through its programs. THF works with communities through direct implementation of projects on the ground in addition to providing local management and monitoring support to not-for-profit organizations in India funded through THF USA and RIST.

Reporting: Regional Senior Manager
1. JOB PURPOSE
Driving the area Office Vehicle and is responsible for its maintenance, also having some Office Assistant role to greet and monitor the visitors at office and some admin support for external tasks.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Duties include operating office vehicle, transporting staff members to the destination point.

Reporting to work on time and in complete dressing.

Filling of fuel in the vehicle and keep the record of fuel purchased.

Maintain the Log Book, vehicle maintenance receipts, updates on vehicle records, insurance, etc.

Performing maintenance tasks on the vehicles when necessary & ensuring that periodic scheduled vehicle servicing is completed and reported.

Monitor, and book the office vehicle, and on-call vehicle coordinating with the cab driver and guest under the guidance of the admin in charge.

Checking traffic & weather updates or road conditions before starting the journey.

Regularly washing, cleaning, parking the vehicle properly.

Scheduling vehicle service appointments.

Reporting any accidents, injuries and vehicle damage to senior responsible authorities of regional office.

Identifying any mechanical issues in the vehicle.

Helping with loading and unloading of goods/luggage’s.

Assist The Front Office Management: Attending the telephone calls, maintaining the records like inward / outward, visitor register, ETC, and guest hospitality.
Educational Qualifications: 10th/ 12th/ Graduation
Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other requirements (Behavioral, Language, Certifications etc.)

3 – 6 years of driving experience

Having knowledge of routes and villages preferable

Basic knowledge of computer

Basic knowledge of communication in writing letters, emails, text messages, etc.
