• Transportation: Safely and efficiently drive guests to and from the hotel, airport, and other locations.
• Customer service: Assist guests with their luggage, ensure their comfort, and answer any questions they may have.
• Vehicle maintenance: Conduct regular checks to ensure the vehicle is clean, safe, and well-maintained. This may also include scheduling services and wash appointments.
• Coordination: Work with other hotel staff, such as the front desk and concierge, to arrange timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Navigation and routing: Use GPS and knowledge of local routes to find the most efficient paths and ensure timely arrivals.
• Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate logs of trips, including passenger counts and any incidents. Sometimes this includes picking up and delivering packages.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

Required skills and qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local routes and road rules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests professionally.
• Physical stamina and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
