Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a 40-seater bus for employee transportation.
Morning Duty: Pick up employees from Thane Station at 7:00 AM and drop them at Mira Road by 8:30 AM.
Day Duty: Drive tempo or company car for official travel, goods movement, or errands as per management requirement.
Evening Duty: At 9:00 PM, pick up employees, drop the bus at Thane Station (designated parking area).
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel, and basic maintenance on a daily basis.
Ensure vehicle safety, compliance with traffic rules, and company transport policy.
Record travel logs, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately to Admin.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and courteous behaviour at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of driving experience, preferably in staff bus or company vehicle operation.
Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV)/(LMV) license with badge.
Familiarity with Thane–Mira Road route and nearby areas.
Good driving record with no major violations.
Physically fit and punctual for early morning and late evening shifts.
Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.

Working Hours:

Start Time: 7:00 AM (Thane Station pickup)
End Time: After night drop (~9:30 PM, post bus parking at Thane)
Breaks and rest periods as per company schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
