Senior Manager Driver Acquisition Company brief: Malbork Technologies Pvt ltd is an app based all electric-vehicle B2C taxi aggregator service operating in Bangalore. Our vision is to help reduce harmful greenhouse gases that are majorly released by generating electricity and running fossil fuel burning vehicles. Our vision is to attempt to reverse the impact of both by powering our offices and cars with sustainable power coming from the solar farm of our energy supplier, making us fully green as an organization. We are looking for a Senior Manager Driver Acquisition who would report directly to the founder to manage the driver staffing team and ensure constant availability of drivers for the entire fleet. Key responsibilities: 1. Be the single point of contact for all driver hiring for the management team 2. Build and manage a team of driver hiring associates and specialists 3. Identify all the possible sources for blue collar hiring 4. Have a target of 105% of drivers to available vehicles ratio 5. Conduct driver training and onboarding 6. Coordinate with the Service Management team and Operations team on a regular basis 7. Ensure background verification of drivers is conducted 8. Optimize spend on driver hiring 9. Managing driver licences of all the drivers 10. Manging driver exit formalities Secondary responsibilities: 1. Support hiring team in driver hiring 2. Assigning cars to drivers Must have qualification: 1. Minimum 8+ years experience in B2C or B2B 4W taxi service 2. 4+ experience in hiring of drivers for a 50+ 4W taxi fleet 3. Preferred knowledge of working on computers; especially, responding to emails, working on excel, word and power point 4. Aptitude to learn and improve 5. Be ready to take up accountability of driver operations delivery Desired: 1. Education: Graduate or 12th completed 2. Worked in MNC transport operations 3. Lead by example and influence without authority 4. Coordinated with senior personnel of organizations

Key Responsibilities: Recruit and manage drivers for FTL cold chain vehicles as per operational requirements. Coordinate with drivers and internal teams for smooth vehicle operations and tracking. Align with the sales team to ensure timely driver availability for customer needs. Plan and monitor shipments using GPS to ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain accurate logs and records of executed orders. Supervise online allocation, vehicle loading, and unloading activities. Handle route mapping, vehicle tracking, and trip settlements. Manage LR copies, maintain proper records, and upload documents into TMS software. Record and initiate shipments in the logistics system for seamless processing. Oversee driver trip settlements and related documentation.
