Key Responsibilities:

1. Safe Driving & Compliance

• Adhere to all traffic rules, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain a zero-accident record.
• Ensure proper use of seat belts and safety equipment.

2. Vehicle Maintenance & Upkeep

• Perform daily vehicle checks (oil, brakes, tires, fuel, lights).
• Report faults immediately and ensure timely servicing.
• Keep the vehicle clean, both interior and exterior.

3. Timeliness & Reliability

• Punctual arrival for all pickups and deliveries.
• Plan routes efficiently to reduce delays.
• Meet daily/weekly travel or delivery targets.

4. Customer Service & Professional Conduct

• Display courteous behavior with passengers, clients, and staff.
• Assist passengers with luggage or support where needed.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate logs (trip sheets, fuel logs, service reports).
• Submit delivery notes or passenger records on time.
• Track and report mileage, expenses, and vehicle usage.

6. Delivery/Transport Accuracy (if applicable)

• Deliver goods in good condition and without loss.
• Verify items before loading/unloading.
• Ensure proper handling of fragile or sensitive cargo.

7. Fuel Efficiency & Cost Management

• Drive in a manner that optimizes fuel consumption.
• Avoid unnecessary idling and unauthorized trips.
• Maintain cost-effective route planning.
• Operate Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and control panels independently to manage plant operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
• Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of all process equipment.
• Maintain accurate shift logs, reports, and operational documentation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and operational standards to promote a secure work environment.
