We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Network Performance and Mobile Testing Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wi-Fi connectivity, LTE/5G domain knowledge, and hands-on expertise in mobile device testing and network performance analysis. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies such as VoWiFi, VoLTE, and 5G/LTE data switching to ensure optimal network performance and seamless connectivity. Your responsibilities will include testing and analyzing Wi-Fi connectivity on mobile devices to identify and resolve performance issues, collecting and analyzing network performance data across cellular and Wi-Fi networks to optimize user experience, troubleshooting LTE and 5G call flows including VoWiFi and VoLTE services using network probes like Netscout, conducting mobile handset testing for Android and Apple OS devices to detect bugs at the packet level, evaluating and ensuring seamless Wi-Fi and 5G/LTE data switching, roaming, and handshakes, collaborating on cell site planning, frequency planning, and parameter optimization to enhance network performance, utilizing knowledge of 4G/5G RAN networks and core/transport networks for effective problem resolution, understanding mobility, UE, and radio handshaking processes to address network connectivity issues, conducting drive tests, analyzing network performance metrics, and providing actionable insights for optimization, and effectively communicating findings and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams. To qualify for this position, you should have proven experience with Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile device performance analysis, strong domain knowledge in LTE and 5G with expertise in VoWiFi and VoLTE services, hands-on experience in mobile handset testing and evaluation on Android and Apple OS platforms, proficiency in network probes and tools such as Netscout, solid understanding of 4G/5G RAN, core/transport networks, and radio handshaking mechanisms, expertise in data switching, roaming, and troubleshooting of Wi-Fi and cellular networks, familiarity with cell site planning, frequency planning, and parameter optimization, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on network performance metrics, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Preferred skills include experience in mobility testing and drive test analysis, understanding of the mobile wireless telecommunications ecosystem including operating systems (Android, iOS), and the ability to analyze and resolve network performance issues at the packet level. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus opportunity. The ideal candidate should have a total of 9 years of work experience, with 8 years as a Wi-Fi Engineer. The work location is in person.,
