Job Description: Business Operations Associate (BOA) Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: On-site | 6 days a week (MonSat) Timings: 9:30 AM 7:00 PM Experience Required: 1-2 years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role: We are looking for a Business Operations Associate (BOA) to support our video production house with day-to-day operational and finance-related activities. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing coordination between creative, technical, and finance teams. As a BOA, youll ensure smooth backend operations, from handling raw footage and drive management to bill clearances and vendor coordination. This position is ideal for someone with prior experience in video production companies, marketing agencies, or digital marketing agencies , who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things running seamlessly. Key Responsibilities Finance & Vendor Coordination: Collect, verify, and process bills, invoices, and quotes from vendors, freelancers, and partners. Assist in raising bills and coordinate closely with the Finance team for timely payments. Track expenses related to equipment, shoots, logistics, and vendor services. Maintain cost trackers and ensure accurate documentation of financial records. Video Data & Footage Management: Manage raw footage, hard drives, and related assets. Coordinate with Creative Ops Lead for NAS/cloud uploads, backups, and footage archiving. Maintain proper file naming, folder hygiene, and drive movement logs. Operations & Coordination: Work closely with cinematographers, video producers, and creative teams to ensure smooth handovers. Liaise with vendors and stakeholders for delivery timelines, invoice clarifications, and status updates. Support internal teams with clear record-keeping and documentation across tools like Google Drive, Sheets, or Trello. Provide weekly updates/reports on operational and financial activities. Qualifications & Skills: 1-2 years of experience in back-office coordination, preferably in media production, marketing, or operations . Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Good communication and coordination abilities for handling both internal teams and external vendors. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Drive, and cloud storage tools. Basic understanding of video production workflows, data organization, and asset management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Attributes: Highly dependable, deadline-driven, and discreet with sensitive data. Exposure to tools like Trello, Notion, or ERP systems (a plus). Ability to take ownership and work independently while supporting multiple teams. Why Join Us? As a BOA, you'll play a critical role in managing vendor payments, equipment movement logs, and footage tracking , ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks during our high-volume shoot and post-production cycles. This role sits at the intersection of finance, logistics, and data hygiene , and is key to making sure our creative engine runs efficiently across all campuses and departments.
