As a Compliance Analyst specializing in Intercompany Accounting, you will be responsible for leading various compliance activities within the department. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading MCRP testing and ensuring its completion within the specified timeline. - Overseeing DRIM/AFR activities for the Interco department and ensuring timely completion. - Heading BCP/BCF activities to maintain compliance standards. - Managing CAR submission and ensuring quarterly submissions are completed accurately. - Supervising other compliance-related tasks such as Monthly JE sign-off, DP Review, and FM review. - Collaborating closely with Inter supervisors, team members, and the Internal Control team to accomplish the above activities. - Focusing on process simplification and standardization initiatives. - Managing metrics, flux analysis, and Reconciliation activities effectively. To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - CA/ICWA/CMA Inter qualified with 4/5 years of work experience. - Full qualification as a CA/ICWA/CMA. - Any certification in US GAAP or Alteryx will be considered an added advantage. - Demonstrated ability to independently handle compliance tasks by liaising directly with relevant contacts. - Strong communication skills and a proven track record of successfully managing peer groups.
