Role & responsibilities Design, plan, and execute drilling operations for both onshore and offshore blocks. Ensure smooth execution of drilling programs from initiation to completion, maintaining efficiency and safety standards. Independently prepare comprehensive scopes of work for drilling, completion, and associated services for onshore and offshore projects. Develop detailed drilling and completion plans, considering equipment selection, safety procedures, and the Drilling Well on Paper (DWoP) process. Ensure strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations as per government agencies and industry standards. Preferred candidate profile Should have at least 12-15 years experience in managing drilling operation. A minimum 5-6 years’ experience in managing drilling operation.in offshore, experience handling subsea completion would be given preference. Perks and benefits
