Conduct comprehensive reviews of patient medical records to identify areas for improvement in clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to educate and train them on best practices for clear, accurate, and compliant documentation Analyze data and generate reports to track and measure the impact of CDI initiatives Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and coding changes to ensure the organization's compliance Provide expert guidance and support to the wider team on CDI-related matters Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of the CDI program Preferred candidate profile Must be a bachelor's degree graduate of any course.
