Engages in the development of a design through analysis, design, drawings, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats. Prepares and revises documentation through various project phases including site plans, sections, diagrams, and details. Leads project coordination meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor, sub-contractors, and vendors. Serves as a primary point of contact with project owner/client.

Job Title - Dredger Incharge Experience Requirement : 5+ Years of Experience. Responsibilities: Manage and be responsible the for day to day dredging activities on a project Provide the Reporting manager with input for the development of the detailed project plan. Ensure that dredging activities are executed as per project plan. Provide weekly report to the Reporting Manager on milestones, work/ done, progress, budget, issues and planning. Delegate specific responsibilities to dredge masters(s) and analyze their daily reports. Assess performance and suggest efficiency improvement activities. Identify risks and appropriate mitigations; escalate if necessary to Works Monitor , evaluate and control activities of subcontractors Ensure cooperation between project team members and a smooth data/ information transfer to internal and if applicable, external stakeholders Coordinate and plan optimal staffing for dredging related activities Cooperate constructively, efficiently and effectively with Technical-, QA/HSE-, Estimation & Operational Advisory departments Educational requirement : Engineering bachelor/ master degree or an equivalent professional qualification 5-8 years in Dredging operations

Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or Naval Hydrographic Surveyor or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Naval Hydrographic Surveyor Experience: 6 to 8 years after graduation in which 3 to 5 years experience in dredging work or hydrographic survey, employment either with Contractor or consultant or client or 8 to 10 years of overall experience after Diploma in which at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in dredging work or hydrographic survey in River / Sea / Port dredging through CSD, SPCSD or TSHD. The candidate shall have experience in major dredging projects and possess thorough knowledge of hydrographic survey, quantity survey and identification of types of dredged material. Role & responsibilities Plan, supervise, and coordinate hydrographic surveys and river navigation activities. Ensure proper execution of dredging operations in rivers, adhering to project timelines and specifications. Conduct river safety assessments and provide recommendations for navigation improvements. Analyse hydrographic data and review detailed reports on survey findings. Collaborate with project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Monitor compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards during project execution. Provide technical guidance and support for navigation and dredging-related challenges Preferred candidate profile Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of overall experience of 10 years after graduation, including at least 6 years in dredging works, hydrographic works, river surveys, river safety. Thorough knowledge of hydrographic survey, quantity survey and identification of types of dredged material. Directly involved in execution of dredging in river, Sea Port construction and allied activities of comparable characteristics. Preferred experience includes international exposure and a background in working with contractors, consultants, or clients on major dredging projects.
