Customer Communication Interact with customers via chat, phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Provide timely responses to order-related queries, product information, delivery status, and return/replacement requests. Handle customer complaints politely and ensure high satisfaction levels. Order & Shipping Management Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the shipping/logistics team. Generate shipping labels, schedule pickups, and ensure timely dispatch of orders. Track shipments and update customers proactively on delivery statuses. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred). Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. (training will be provided). Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools. Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude. Ability to multitask and handle customers calmly in fast-paced situations.
