Key Responsibilities: Sales & Promotion: Promoting and selling travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related services. Customer Interaction: Understanding client travel needs and preferences, offering tailored itineraries, and providing expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel logistics. Booking & Coordination: Handling all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services, using online booking platforms and reservation systems. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals, as well as with travel partners like airlines and hotels. Sales Targets: Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on travel products, services, and industry trends. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service throughout the booking process and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. Administrative Tasks: Managing client information, booking confirmations, travel documents, and other administrative tasks related to travel arrangements. Sales Strategies: Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities. Problem Solving: Resolving any issues or complaints that may arise during the travel planning process.
