Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive at our Chennai office. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing and explaining our services, addressing client inquiries, and systematically scheduling follow-ups. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and supporting clients throughout their journey on the platform with care and professionalism. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in Tamil and proficiency in English Customer service and client relationship management abilities Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Ability to handle customer queries effectively and provide clear, empathetic support Previous experience in telecalling or customer-facing roles is preferred Graduation in any discipline; additional certifications in communication or customer service are a plus
