Designation: Assistant Manager RCM Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Reports To: Jonathan Lasrado Employment Type: Full-Time (9:00PM Shift) Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage a team of medical billing executives. Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with payer requirements. Review and resolve escalated issues related to claims, denials, and rejections. Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Prepare and present performance reports, KPIs, and productivity metrics. Assist in training and mentoring new team members. Support client onboarding and relationship management. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree Minimum 46 years of experience in US medical billing, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 and payer guidelines. Proficiency in billing software (e.g., DrChrono, eClinicalWorks, etc.). Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
