You have a great opportunity to join our team as a BIM Modeler (MEP) with 2-5 years of experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about MEP design and capable of creating detailed 3D models. As a BIM Modeler, your role will involve working with Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks to develop mechanical and electrical systems with coordinated building services layouts. You will be responsible for managing drawing standards, collaborating with various stakeholders, generating 2D drawings from 3D models, conducting clash detection, and ensuring compliance with project BIM standards and protocols. Additionally, you will maintain and update the BIM family library and work closely with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure design accuracy and coordination. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with a solid understanding of MEP systems and BIM workflows. Strong coordination and communication skills are essential, along with familiarity with clash detection tools, issue tracking tools, drawing/document control, and BIM standards compliance.
