Job Title: Civil Draughtsman Industry: Real Estate (Residential & Commercial Projects) Experience Required: 1+ Years Location: Pune Department: Design & Drafting / Engineering Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural and structural drawings as per project requirements. Create plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings for construction purposes. Interpret and convert sketches, site measurements, and design concepts into CAD drawings. Update and revise drawings based on changes from architects, engineers, or site teams. Maintain drawing records, version control, and documentation. Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and site supervisors for technical inputs. Ensure all drawings comply with design standards, building codes, and project specifications . Assist in preparation of as-built drawings for project handover. Support the estimation and quantity teams by providing dimensional details from drawings. Required Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting) essential Basic knowledge of civil engineering and architectural concepts Understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and building codes Good communication and coordination skills with design and site teams Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and drafting Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) for documentation Qualifications: ITI/Diploma in Civil Draughtsmanship or equivalent 1+ years of experience as a draughtsman in real estate or construction projects
