Job Summary

Otomatiks is seeking a passionate and skilled Part-Time Drawing Teacher to inspire our students. This role involves teaching fundamental and advanced drawing techniques to small groups or individuals. This position requires only 6 working hours per week, offering excellent flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging drawing lessons for various skill levels (e.g., beginner, intermediate).
• Teach a range of drawing techniques and mediums, including but not limited to pencil, charcoal, ink, and digital basics (if applicable).
• Provide constructive, personalized feedback to students to help them improve their skills and artistic vision.
• Manage a positive, encouraging, and organized classroom environment.
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with Otomatiks management.
• Prepare lesson materials and ensure all supplies are readily available.

Working Hours

• Total: 6 hours per week.
• Specific schedule to be discussed during the interview (e.g., two 3-hour sessions, or three 2-hour sessions).

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience teaching drawing or related visual arts, or significant professional experience in drawing/illustration.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of proficiency in various drawing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex artistic concepts.
• A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with students of diverse ages and backgrounds.

Preferred

• A degree or certification in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
