ENVIRONMENT CLEARANCE (E.C.) 1. Acquiring required data, drawings and documentations form all related consultants and internal team 2. Follow up with concerned person for acquiring all NOCs and approvals required from local authority 3. Conducting timely ACM (all consultant meetings) for acquiring required information for EC committee and authority meetings E. SANCTION 1. Preparing schedule of sanction for various stages after discussing with the director 2. Preparing calculations for challans for various sanction stages for building permission, fire NOC, IOD & plinth 3. Follow up with concerned person for acquiring building permissions and NOCs F. EXECUTION 1. Finalise the services, structural details in order to get GFC WD for execution through conducting meetings with consultants, discussions with project manager and site visits required from time to time G. RERA & EC REPORTS 1. Getting quarterly updated forms (RERA form 1) from project architect through coordination with onsite team for every quarter for RERA website updation 2. Getting six monthly reports from EC consultant through coordination with onsite team for EC updation 3. Acquiring various work stage completion letters form project architects for CRM team work

Work Type : Contract role Contract duration : 6 months (extension or permanent based on performance) Key Responsibilities Production Monitoring: Track daily production across teams and update internal logs. Monitor floor-level activities to ensure adherence to schedules. Identify and escalate production delays or resource shortages. Help arrange jigs, fixtures, and tools to improve manufacturing speed. Quality Control: Inspect fabrication quality by checking frame size, diagonal, twist, and weld quality. Perform critical dimension checks on machined parts using Vernier caliper and micrometer. Maintain alignment and quality checklists for each assembly. Document inspection results and assist in preparing QC reports. Skills & Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in production or quality inspection. Proficiency in Excel for production and inspection reporting. Strong knowledge of measuring tools: Vernier caliper, micrometer, measuring tape. Comfortable with hands-on inspection and floor-level coordination. Note: This is a 6-month contract role , with the possibility of extension based on performance and project continuity.
