Role Summary - We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Architect to work closely with our Product Design (R&D) team in developing innovative, plug-and-play architectural Decorative metal products — such as - Railings - Wall Dividers - Gates - Furniture - Wall Cladding - Lighting Poles - Doors & Windows This role is also client-facing — you'll handle the design presentation portion of the business, Interact with client needs, deliver custom elevation drawings , and support execution-ready designs. Key Responsibilities Follow all product development stages: Concept ➝ Detailed Drawing with preparation of BOM ➝ 3D Modeling ➝ Prototype/Manufacturing Collaborate with the Product Designer to align new products with architectural styles Design plug-and-play architectural product concepts for mass production and modular installation Use design tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion , etc., for 2D/3D modeling Handle all client-facing design presentations , including discussions and revisions Provide elevation, sectional, or façade drawings as requested by clients Develop standard architectural templates and styling references Conduct market research on architectural trends, materials, and form language Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) as per Detailed drawings for production Coordinate with fabrication and prototype teams to ensure design intent is met Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture 2+ years of experience in architectural or product-based design roles Skilled in software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc. Strong aesthetic sense, proportion control, and technical drawing skills Good understanding of materials, fittings , and modular design systems Excellent communication and client handling skills Prior experience with BOM preparation or technical documentation is a plus Salary & Benefits ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience) EPF: 12% (6% company + 6% employee) Performance Bonus + Yearly Bonus Uniform provided after 3-month probation Work Schedule Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (9 hours including breaks) Days: Monday to Saturday Leave: Must be applied 2 days in advance (emergencies accepted) Holidays: Government and local holidays only Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person

Creating custom structure using part builder. (Gravity Networks) Adding pipes and fittings to the content catalogue (Pressurized Networks). Must have skills in Drafting/Modelling skills in Civil 3D such as Earthworks, Grading, Roads & Utilities (Electrical, Telecom and streetlight, Sewerage, Stormwater, Potable water, Firefighting, and irrigation etc.). Good knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, with experience in clash detection & resolution, Experience in analyzing & producing of clash reports is preferrable. Work closely with BIM Lead and Design Leads to ensure the project’s compliance with the given policies and processes, and to ensure timely implementation and completion. Generate construction drawings, profiles, cross-sections, and quantity take-offs from 3D models. Review each drawing for readability, presentation, and adherence to standards, in accordance with the company QA/QC process.
