Roles and Responsibilities :- • Industrial goods & components Purchase, Procurement experience. • Preparation of technical components order in ERP/SAP • Knowledge of software like AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel. • Diploma / Degree Holder, having working experience in Solid Works / AutoCAD. • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in engineering goods Purchase. • Knowledge of Technical documentation. • Preparing bill of material, Testing of machines, Preparation of operating & instruction manuals, Maintaining department record as per ISO 9001-2015 & 14001-2015 . • Timely follow-up of goods, materials, QA/QC, timely components checking of appropriates storing, stock uploads, timely vendor payments. * Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing. * Generally understand design & drawings with various to Procurement, purchase. * Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benet for the company. * Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality. * Prepare Orders through ERP/SAP system with related components details. * Dene and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data. * Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule so as to ensure on time deliveries of nal product. * Proper Orders through ERP/SAP system with related components details. * Review and manage the supplier base to ensure consistency with the sourcing strategy. * Perform regular performance review with suppliers to drive continuous improvements. * Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements. * Ensure commercial, legal and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions. * Adopt appropriate supplier management methodologies and procurement strategies in purchasing to secure beer prices. * Train Junior members on eective procurement processes and strategy. * Coordinate with vendor on continuous quality reminders and timely delivers. * Coordinate with warehouse sta to ensure proper storage & stock documentation. * Ensure timely billing invoicing from vendors/suppliers and timely payment to them. * Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends for required components. Desired Candidate Prole • ITI / Diploma/ Degree Mechanical from reputed industrial institute having 3-5 years of relevant experience. • Exposure to preparation of drawings for Industrial projects and equipment. • Should have exposure of working with Manufacturing rm and/or organization. • Exceptional computer knowledge. • Experience with MS Oce and data programs. • Familiarity with administrative dues. • Attention to details. • Condentiality. • Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks. • Willing to go extra mile to complete on hand task. • Good in communication within company and outside. • Good interpretation of emails and instructions. • Able to communicate eectively with emails and other methods.
