Job Title: Mechanical Draughtsman

Experience: 4–5 Years

Location: F. C Road, Pune

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Draughtsman with 4–5 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, layouts, and plans based on engineering designs and specifications. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D mechanical drawings for fabrication and assembly based on engineering sketches and specifications.
• Create and update BOMs (Bill of Materials) and manufacturing drawings.
• Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of designs.
• Maintain drawing documentation in accordance with company standards and ISO requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry and company design standards and practices.
• Perform design calculations where necessary (under guidance).

Qualifications & Skills:

• BE, Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Draughtsman (Mechanical) trade.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical drafting, preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial design sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
• Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), fabrication processes, and materials.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience with pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or process equipment (if applicable to your industry).
• Familiarity with P&ID, piping layouts, or structural detailing is a plus.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,968.76 - ₹35,790.04 per month
