Job Description

As a Civil Draughtsman at our company, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with Architects and internal teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with project goals, budget constraints, and timelines. - Lead the development and refinement of architectural designs from conceptual sketches to construction documentation. - Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors. - Demonstrate proficiency in building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a collaborative work environment. - Conduct quality reviews of project deliverables to ensure excellence in architectural design, functionality, and durability. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or ITI in Civil Draughtsman from an accredited institution. - Professional licensure (preferred). - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software. - Strong design sensibility and graphic presentation skills. - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. - Experience with construction administration and contract management. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.,
