Your role will involve directing or assisting in staging performances, showcases, or immersive experiences while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in theatre performance, direction, or facilitation, along with strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Prior teaching or workshop-leading experience is preferred, and the ability to adapt creatively to various learning styles and group dynamics is essential. A background in education, performing arts, or drama-in-education would be advantageous.
