As a Ceiling Plan Designer, you will be responsible for developing and producing reflected ceiling plans that adhere to architectural designs and project specifications. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, and interior designers to seamlessly integrate lighting, HVAC, and ceiling materials into the plans. It is crucial to ensure that all designs meet the necessary building codes and regulations. In this position, you will conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions and gather essential data for planning purposes. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit is essential for creating detailed and accurate ceiling plans. Additionally, you will be required to prepare documentation and reports related to reflect ceiling plans for project meetings and client presentations. Collaboration with contractors and suppliers is key to confirming the feasibility and successful implementation of designs. You will also need to stay informed about industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to ceiling design and installation to ensure the best outcomes for projects. This is a full-time position that requires a Diploma as the preferred educational qualification. The ideal candidate should have a total of 4 years of relevant work experience. The work location is in person, and the schedule is a day shift.
