Draftsman (Roads & Highways)

Role Overview: As a skilled Draftsman at Organic 121 Scientific Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for preparing detailed engineering drawings for highways and roads. Your expertise in converting conceptual designs into accurate CAD drawings will contribute to the successful execution of diverse civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed drawings for highways, roads, junctions, alignments, and drainage systems. - Convert conceptual designs into accurate CAD drawings as per engineering inputs. - Develop plan & profile drawings, cross-sections, pavement layers, and geometric details. - Update and revise drawings based on engineer feedback and design changes. - Maintain drawing records, versions, and documentation as per project protocols. - Ensure all drawings comply with relevant IRC, MoRTH, and local authority standards. - Coordinate with design engineers, survey teams, and project managers to ensure accuracy. - Assist in quantity estimation from drawings when required. - Prepare as-built drawings after project completion. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Civil Engineering or ITI Draftsmanship (Civil) or equivalent. - Minimum 2 years of experience in drafting for highway and road projects. - Strong proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MX Road, or similar tools. - Understanding of road geometry, profiles, cross-sections, and drafting standards. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, survey data, and specifications. - Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,
