Job Description - Architectural BMC Draftsman/ Liasion Manager
Location: Sewri, Mumbai.
Job Title: Draftsman.
Qualification Required: Graduate with Architectural software knowledge.
Experience Required: 10 years - 12 years.
Role & Responsibilities:
Prepare Submission drawings & reports for MCGM.
Prepare Auto-DCR drawings for scrutiny under DCPR 2034.
Prepare Reports for submission viz 4A/4B/4C, etc.
Requirement:
Draftsmen geared to excel individually & in a team.
Applicants should be very well versed with AutoCAD 2D/ZWCAD
Knowledge of MS Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
Draftsmen to have knowledge of MCGM Submission.
Drawings & Pre-DCR/ Auto-DCR software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
