Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Joinery & Interior Fit-Out Draftsman to prepare detailed technical drawings for our interior projects. Join our team to translate design concepts into precise, professional drawings and documentation that guide construction and fabrication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in AutoCAD & Interior Design or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in drafting as a joinery draftsman
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards
• Portfolio demonstrating accurate technical drawings and documentation
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing standards
• Proficiency in SketchUp and MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of fixation details and material specifications
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical detailing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare joinery detailed drawings for interior projects
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections
• Create working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Develop furniture layouts, electrical plans, and detail drawings
• Coordinate with designers and architects to ensure drawing accuracy and completeness
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with new materials
• Revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions
• Assist in quantity take-offs and material specifications
