Role Overview: You will be responsible for preparing architectural, structural, and interior working drawings as per project requirements. Your role will also involve developing detailed drawings and layouts for execution at the site, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors for drawing clarifications, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and assisting in material estimation for projects. It is essential to ensure accuracy and compliance with building regulations and standards in all your drafting tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare architectural drawings, detailed drawings, and elevation drawings for high-rise apartments, villas, shopping malls, and 4-star hotel projects - Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for drawing clarifications - Develop detailed drawings and layouts for execution at the site - Prepare BOQ and assist in material estimation for projects - Ensure accuracy and compliance with building regulations and standards Qualification Required: - Must have a Diploma in Civil/Architectural Drafting or equivalent (mandatory) - Graduation in Architecture or Civil Engineering is an added advantage Additional Details: The company is looking for a candidate with strong attention to detail and precision in drafting, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, a good understanding of construction methods and materials, effective time management, and documentation skills.,
