The role involves creating accurate, detailed, and timely drawings for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and layouts for interior and architectural projects. Convert conceptual designs and sketches into precise technical drawings. Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings . Coordinate with design teams to incorporate client feedback into updated drawings. Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and specifications. Work closely with site teams for measurement taking and on-site verification. Maintain and organize drawing files and project documentation. Assist in material specification documentation where required. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or 3D Max will be an added advantage). Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Draftsman in interiors and architecture. Strong understanding of interior detailing, joinery, and materials. Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
