Job Description

Description : Design for construction of Infrastructure & Industrial works / Review of Consultants or contractors design of same industrial / infrastructure projects such as Sub Structure & Super structure design of Industrial Structure (RCC / Steel structures), Low height buildings, PEB Buildings, bridges, roads & utility works etc. Responsibilities : 1. Prepare detailed civil engineering drawings, plans, and models using CAD software. 2. Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and tools. 3. Avid user of design software and drawings tool viz. AutoCad and Staad Pro. 4. Aware with the Foundation design, building designs and technical specifications and BOQ preparations. 5. Create 2D and 3D models to visualize project outcomes. 6. Troubleshooting design-related issues and making necessary changes 7. Well versed with the Indian codes. 8. Co-ordinate with internal as well as external stakeholders for timely deliveries of the design drawings. 9. Conduct site investigations and analyse survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects. 10. Coordinate with surveyors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs. 11. Assess environmental impacts and incorporate sustainable design practices 12. Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines. 13. Provide support during the construction phase by addressing design-related queries and issues. 14. Perform quality checks on drawings and models before submission. Requirements : 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Designs. 2. Design related codal provisions, IS 456 (2000). Certifications (Preferred) : AutoCad, Stadpro.
