This is a full-time, on-site role for a Draftsperson, located in New Delhi. The Draftsperson will be responsible for creating technical drawings, blueprints, and layouts based on design specifications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with architects and engineers, revising plans to meet project requirements, and ensuring all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
Strong technical drawing, blueprint creation, and layout design skills
Knowledge of construction standards and building code compliance
Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all drawings
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with architects and engineers
Diploma in Architectural Drafting or related field
Experience in residential or commercial design projects is must
