Drafting Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare both rough sketches and detailed technical drawings using

  AutoCAD, Bluebeam

  , and

  Revit or equivalent 3D modeling software

  .
• Create accurate

  3D models from plan sets

  for visualization.
• Produce

  lighting layout plans and analysis reports

  using

  DIALux

  software.
• Develop

  renderings for design visualization

  using any industry-standard rendering software or tools.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to

  develop, review, and redraft

  design drawings as needed.
• Analyze architectural and engineering plans/specifications to produce

  precise and coordinated technical drawings

  .
• Ensure all drafted documents are

  compliant with International building codes

  and industry standards.
• Review and revise drafts based on

  verbal or written feedback

  from project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Maintain

  high attention to detail

  to ensure accuracy and consistency across all documentation.
• Handle drafting tasks across

  multiple projects

  while meeting

  tight and competing deadlines

  .

• Availability:

  Must be available to work during U.S. hours specifically from

  8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  and

  9:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight)

  , Monday through Friday.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum

  2 years of professional experience

  with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, DIALux, and

  Revit or equivalent 3D modeling software

  .
• Ability to

  produce accurate 3D models and rendering outputs

  using any industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering tools (e.g., Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of

  architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings

  .
• Familiarity with

  ELV systems

  such as BMS, security/surveillance, audio/video, home theatre, and lighting control systems is an advantage.
• Good understanding of

  engineering practices

  and industry drafting standards.

• AutoCAD certification

  is

  mandatory

  .
• Excellent

  written and spoken English

  communication skills.
• Prior experience working with a

  multinational organization

  is a plus.
