You should also possess expertise in CSA packages, moderate knowledge of MEP works, and a strong understanding of Indian and basic global project procurement. As a Cost Manager, you will lead your team to deliver high-quality work and client value, utilizing innovation and solution-oriented approaches. You will take an active role in the preparation of Quantification Take Offs for Cost Plans / BoQs, demonstrate proficiency in Standard Modes of Measurements, and participate in implementing the QA/QC plan. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 8 years of experience in cost management, particularly in global pre-construction works, preferably from a consultancy background, on large-scale construction projects such as data centre and life sciences projects. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years in the field of Quantification Take Offs, 2 years of experience in overseas projects, and 3 years of past work experience with Cost X (or similar software) are required.
