This role involves providing L2/L3 support , managing incidents, problem resolution, and ensuring business continuity for mission-critical payment systems. Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end production support for payment applications Handle P1/P2 incidents with proper escalation and management updates Monitor application alerts and handle user queries via email Liaise with IT infrastructure teams for system configuration and performance tuning Implement and adhere to APS processes for Incidents, Changes, Problems, and Service Requests Perform housekeeping, upgrades, backup/restore, and DR readiness activities Support security compliance activities for applications Provide on-call support on a rotational basis Technical Skills Required: Mandatory: Unix/Linux Oracle Database Java Knowledge of ITIL processes Good to Have: Dynatrace Monitoring Behavioral Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and collaboration ability Flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts Key Skills (Naukri Keywords): Application Support, Production Support, Payments Domain, Unix, Oracle, Java, ITIL, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Dynatrace Monitoring, DR Readiness, Banking Applications Apply Now and be a part of a dynamic support team for a leading financial organization! muthukrishnan.saminathan@kiya.ai
