Guide students in project work and academic competitions. For Drawing Lecturer:Teach fundamentals of drawing, perspective, shading, and design. Conduct theory and practical sessions in art/drawing/design. Encourage creativity and provide feedback on student work. Organize exhibitions, competitions, and creative workshops. Maintain art supplies and ensure classroom discipline. Help students build portfolios (if for design/art colleges).
