Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to support our dental team in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during procedures, maintain clinical areas, and help ensure smooth clinic operations while providing excellent patient service. Key Responsibilities Language & Communication: Fluent communication in English, Telugu. Interact professionally with patients and address their concerns Assist in explaining post-treatment instructions to patients Clinical Support (training provided if needed) : Assist dentists during various dental procedures Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Set up treatment rooms for different procedures Hand instruments to dentist during treatments Operate suction devices and dental equipment as needed Take dental X-rays Mix dental materials and prepare compounds as required Patient Care: Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures Seat patients comfortably and adjust dental chairs Place protective bibs and eyewear on patients Provide post-operative care instructions Schedule follow-up appointments Maintain patient comfort throughout procedures Infection Control & Sterilization: Follow strict infection control protocols Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas Properly dispose of contaminated materials Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Assist with inventory management of dental supplies Help with appointment scheduling and patient flow management Support billing processes when required Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs Required Qualifications 12th grade education (or Diploma) Basic understanding of hospitality and healthcare Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu.
