Job Title: Project Head – Integrated Limestone Grinding Unit Company: Subaan Lime Private Limited (Dr. Lime)) Location: Khimsar, Rajasthan Industry: Mining, Minerals & Manufacturing Experience Required: 8–10 years (Preferably from Cement, Glass, or other Manufacturing/Plant-based industries) About the Company: Subaan Lime Private Limited , part of the MW Mines Group , is executing India’s first integrated limestone grinding unit . MW Mines Pvt. Ltd. is a recognized leader in mining and processing of chemical-grade limestone, operating a 335-hectare deposit. Since 2007, the company has built a strong reputation for process excellence and timely deliveries. The integrated grinding unit will set new industry benchmarks by combining advanced processing with a large-scale logistics system to handle raw material and finished product efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project & Plant Management Lead the end-to-end execution of the integrated limestone grinding unit. Plan, coordinate, and oversee project phases including design, construction, commissioning, and operation. Ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards. 2. Production Operations Manage daily plant operations to ensure uninterrupted production. Monitor production KPIs (output, quality, downtime, efficiency) and implement process improvements. Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams to achieve operational excellence. 3. Product Handling & Quality Control Supervise raw material handling, in-process inventory, and finished goods management. Ensure adherence to product quality specifications and safety protocols. Implement systems for tracking, grading, and dispatch of final products. 4. Sales & Marketing Support Collaborate with the sales team to align production with market demand. Contribute to market research, product positioning, and pricing strategies. Participate in client meetings, product demos, and commercial discussions as required. 5. Logistics Coordination Oversee inbound raw material logistics and outbound finished product distribution. Ensure cost-effective and timely transportation using optimized logistics models. Coordinate with logistics partners, fleet managers, and dispatch teams. 6. Team Leadership Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, supervisors, operators, and support staff. Build a high-performance work culture focused on safety, efficiency, and innovation. Train and develop team members for sustained plant performance. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.) – MBA is a plus. 8–10 years of experience in project handling and plant operations, preferably from: Cement, glass, mineral processing, or similar manufacturing industries . Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and industrial safety. Exposure to sales/marketing coordination and logistics management is desirable. Job Summary: Dr. Lime is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Accountant to join its Finance team in Gurgaon. The role involves overseeing cost control processes, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization across the business, with a strong focus on manufacturing and mining operations. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage the cost accounting system across business units, especially for manufacturing and mining operations. Analyze product costing, process costing, overhead allocation, and inventory valuation. Monitor standard costing vs actuals, and analyze variances with actionable insights. Prepare cost sheets, BOM analysis, and profitability reports for products and business units. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning exercises. Collaborate with the operations, procurement, and inventory teams to streamline cost flows. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements. Ensure compliance with statutory cost audit requirements and support external/internal audits. Prepare MIS reports related to cost center performance, material usage efficiency, and production costing. Support pricing decisions through cost data analysis and margin monitoring.
